All this does is... when you power down your computer, it goes ahead and reboots it for you, THEN puts it into sleep or hibernate mode.

Also it only works for a single user account with no password.

Yeah, isn't this just hibernation? Windows XP (or Vista) can do this built-it. It takes like 2 seconds to turn on XP like that.
