Originally, a successful ban automatically discarded the post, but we intentionally removed that step to sort of act like the heads on a spire at the entrance to a foreign kingdom, serving as notice that ye all be warned who dare enter here must abide by the kingqueenbot's laws.
That or someone discarded it for me; but they must have been a discard champeen, 'cause it was gone like THAT (snaps fingers).
