I was wondering if it'd be a good idea to add something in the lines of personal bookmark and/or playlist item comments?
Usually, I bookmark videos I don't have time to comment or watch at that moment, but when I get home the black hole in my head oftentimes eats the original thought behind the bookmark and I end up removing it without posting the comment. In that particular case, a short line written by- and visible to myself would be immensely useful.
Does this sound useful to any of you guys, or is it simply not a good idea?

However, and this is something I'll need clarification on if it's kosher, videos you'd like to downvote but can't at the moment due to your current rank is a scenario where a short bookmark note can be useful.
Of course, this could all be done in private messages to oneself, but at the same time I feel it'd be a bit more accessible with no clear downside to it compared to our current system as it's been stated.
