not really how the justice system is supposed to work.
they should exclude the names/identities of defendants during trials. or even go so far as to physically separate the jury/defendants so that race/gender/appearance is unknown.
That is one of the strangest opinions about the legal system I've ever read. Care to elaborate?

I can't see that vid. Is it from YouTube? I live in Turkey now, and YouTube is blocked nation-wide because apparently there's a video somewhere there saying bad things about Atatürk, which is illegal here.

Back in the day, they used to tow them up to about 50 mph with a car, then let them go to do the rest on their own. The gear ratio was so high that they wouldn't have been able to get the bike moving at all without the initial tow. Dunno if that's still true.
